Arthritis, Causes and Symptoms

Arthritis pain can be very debilitation; it can disrupt someone’s life completely.

Arthritis is a common medical condition in elderly people; however, it can  affect people of all ages. Arthritis occurs when the joints between the bones become inflamed. Among the causes are autoimmune responses, wear and tear of the cartilage due to age, external infection, lack of fluid between the bones and degeneration of joint tissues. Epsom salt has been used for centuries across many cultures, to reduce inflammation and manage pain.

One of the most effective ways to absorb Magnesium is through the skin and what better way to absorb it than soaking in 800 pounds of Epsom salt.
